Zumba Gold classes take place on Mondays at 11:15am at Grange Hall. These classes are tailored for older active adults who like to dance or are looking for a low-impact and slower paced exercise class. Classes are fun, friendly and suitable for beginners.
Classes are £5.50 pay as you go, or class savings can be made by purchasing class passes.
