Booking - if you wish to view the facilities, make an enquiry or book Grange Hall, please follow the guidance below or contact Radcliffe on Trent Parish Council (details at the bottom of each web page).

1. To check if your dates are available click on the 'Events Calendar' button (to avoid disappointment it is important to telephone the Grange Hall booking clerk to be certain that the date is still available).

2. Download and fill out the Grange Hall 'Booking Form'. These agreements are available for download in  .doc and .pdf format. (see below).

3. Download and fill out the Grange Hall 'Terms & Conditions'. These agreements are available for download in .doc and .pdf format (see below).

4. Download and fill out Grange Hall 'Booking Form for Weddings'. There arrangements are available for download in .doc and .pdf format (see below).

5. Send your forms to Grange Hall via GPO, e-mail or fax them (see 'Contact Details' at the bottom of the page).

6. Phone the Grange Hall booking clerk to ensure that your booking has been recorded.
   NB. Bookings are not confirmed until the security deposit is received. Rental payment must be made in advance of the booked date (see Terms & Conditions for full details).

Cost of Hire - it is not possible to include a full detailed schedule of costs here due to the variety of options available. However the following examples will provide 'ballpark figures' for comparison. Please ask our booking clerk for full details prior to confirming your booking.
